Units there is NO 5:30pm class today. We are also closed all day Friday and Saturday.

We are of to Regionals YIEEWWW !!!

B) Conditioning:
8 Rounds for Max Reps:
        30sec Power Cleans @75%
        30sec Rest
        30sec Burpees
        30sec Rest
